Billing: How to Change Plan

You can change your existing plan at any time to better suit your needs. To do this, simply go to My Profile > Packages & Subscriptions, where you can select the package or resource you would like to update or change.


Package Plan Update

If you choose to update your package, you will be redirected to the pricing page, where you can browse available packages that suit your requirements. Once you find the package that best fits your needs, proceed to the checkout page to complete the payment for your new plan.


Resource Plan Update

You have the flexibility to adjust the amount of resources you need at any time. If you wish to increase or decrease your resource allocation, simply click on the “Upgrade Now” or “Change Plan” button, depending on your current subscription. In many cases, the price may decrease if you need fewer resources. To understand how pricing is calculated, you can click the “Price List” to see detailed information. After selecting the required amount of resources, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. The resources will be immediately added to your account upon successful payment.


When you change your package or resource plan, your current subscription will be canceled and replaced with the new one. If you decide to make the change before the end of your current billing period, any remaining time on your current plan will be forfeited. Additionally, if you downgrade to a lower package, it may result in losing access to certain resources or modules, and there may be a risk of data loss.
