Adding and Customizing Contact Forms on Your Website
You can add a contact form to any page of your website with ease. These forms are fully customizable to meet your specific needs. This includes configuring essential settings such as the recipient email address and the sending method. You can also modify the form fields to suit your unique requirements.
Personalized Email Configuration
Every account is equipped with a personalized SMTP mail account to process email sending. However, you can configure the main email and SMTP settings by navigating to Email Settings.
Adding a Contact Form to a Page
To add a contact form to a specific webpage:
1. Switch to Section Builder Mode.
2. Choose the “Contact” category.
3. Select and add one of the available sections containing a contact form.
Once added, a basic contact form will appear on your webpage. To configure its settings, switch to Styles Editing Mode, then click on the form to open its configuration options.

Email Delivery Settings
In this configuration mode, you can choose your preferred email provider for processing email delivery. By default, the platform uses Simple Mail PHP, which sends emails through the local SMTP server or another provider configured in Email Settings.
You can also customize additional settings:
* Subject Line: Add a subject field to help organize and identify incoming emails.
* Alternative Sender Address: Specify an email address different from your default for outgoing emails.
Post-Submission Actions
Define what happens after a form is successfully submitted. The default setting is "None," but you can configure:
* A redirection to a specific URL.
* A popup modal that appears immediately after submission.
Form Constructor: Advanced Customization
The Form Constructor enables you to:
* Modify existing forms by editing or adding new fields.
* Set fields as required or optional.
* Include specialized fields such as:
* Date Picker: Allow users to select a date from a calendar.
* File Attachment: Enable clients to attach files to their emails.
This flexibility ensures that your contact form is tailored to your precise requirements.
Visual Customization of Forms
In Style Editing Mode, you can adjust the visual appearance of your form to match your website’s design. Options include:
* Switching between vertical or horizontal layouts.
* Customizing fonts, colors, and spacing for a polished look.
By leveraging these tools, you can create a professional, functional, and visually appealing contact form that enhances user experience on your website.
