Email Services: Configuring SMTP Settings


Setting up your own SMTP servers is possible through the website settings. If you prefer to use our SMTP mail servers, follow these steps:

Navigate to Website > Settings > Email Settings.

In the "Email and Documents" section, check the box labeled "Use SMTP server to send emails".

Enabling this option will allow you to configure the necessary details to connect with your chosen SMTP provider. These details include:

  • Host - The address of your SMTP server.
  • Port - The port number used for communication with the SMTP server.
  • Username - Your SMTP account's username.
  • Password - The password associated with your SMTP account.

Once these fields are correctly filled out, you will be able to send emails via your own SMTP server, giving you full control over your email delivery process.
